Executive Director

Amber Coderre is the Executive Director of the South East Alberta Watershed Alliance (SEAWA). Born and raised in Medicine Hat, she brings a strong connection to Southern Alberta and its communities. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Alberta and holds a Master’s degree in Regenerative Sustainability from the University of Saskatchewan. Her work at SEAWA focuses on applying a systems-based perspective to community collaboration, the role of local knowledge in practical solutions, and the implementation of sustainability in real-world contexts.

M. Aslamur Rahman Rajeeb

M. Aslamur Rahman Rajeeb

Rajeeb is a Water Research and Stewardship Specialist with the South East Alberta Watershed Alliance (SEAWA). He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, a Master’s in Disaster Management, and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Calgary, with a focus on water and wastewater systems. With over 13 years of experience across South and Southeast Asia, his work spans water management, wastewater treatment, and climate adaptation. Now based in Southern Alberta, he brings his passion for water and systems perspective to his research and stewardship support work at SEAWA, helping to create and apply practical approaches to support regional watershed resilience.
