With World Water Day coming up on March 22, we are planning ways to celebrate! SEAWA is planning a handful of cleanup events for the morning of Saturday March 20 (weather allowing), at multiple locations throughout Medicine Hat. Currently we are planning on working at our Connaught Pond restoration site, Marlborough Coulee, and a two other small ponds in the Southlands area (inquire for more details). In coordination with this event, adopters in the Adopt-a-Pond Initiative (a partnership between Grasslands Naturalists and SEAWA) will be visiting their ponds and cleaning them up as well!
